Pictures from the collaborative exhibition with Niel Mitra,
which took place in March 2026 at @nodepressionroom in Munich (18.03.–27.03.2026).

It was a space for experimentation and trying out new ideas—from our first collaborative video sculpture Last Beacon, to working with light, coloring sand, even wallpapering for the first time, to conceiving an exhibition for a quiet space that could only be viewed from the outside (except on the opening and closing days).
It was a pleasure creating this surreal landscape and presenting my sculptures within it and on the walls 🌀

Niel Mitra developed sounds specifically for this exhibition 🎧 Visitors could access these sounds from outside via QR codes, which linked to a website and played automatically: https://mitraniel.de/

Sound 2 is made by me in Linz, all other sounds by Niel.

The project concluded with a live silent concert by Niel Mitra on the closing day—an intense and fascinating experience ✨

In this project, we merged object, audio, video, and photography into a shared, multilayered installation. The work engages with questions of hope and the future, creating a surreal landscape that may initially appear dystopian, yet gradually reveals open, mystical, and hopeful moments 🌫️✨
